Jim is the Owner and Founder of Woods Roofing, Inc. and NiceBats.com. Jim has been the backbone of the company since it was established in 1999. He has continued to better the company through hard work and dedication to staying up to date with trends within the industry without losing the values that Woods Roofing was founded on. Jim oversees the daily operations of the business while focusing his attention on quality control and customer satisfaction.

Jim is passionate about serving our customers and providing them with the best new options for their home. He appreciates having the opportunity to work with his family (and dog!) while teaching his children and employees the importance of always doing what is right for the customer.

In his free time, Jim enjoys watching reading, watching YouTube, working out at Crossfit Sioux Falls, and helping his wife Laura run her Monument business Paulson Monuments.
